Return Process

Securely pack the unused plumbing, electrical, or HVAC components in their original manufacturer packaging, ensuring all manuals and hardware are included.
- 3.Ship to Warehouse
Affix the provided return label or ship the package to our central distribution center using a trackable shipping method to ensure safe delivery.
- 4.Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians inspect the item for quality assurance, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
